Fastlane Support will help you locate guidance to the processes, questions and requests embedded into Fastlane. Users will be able to discover why we ask certain questions and how to answer those questions.
Where appropriate, we will explain the risks and potential penalties associated with not providing truthful, accurate information and evidence when requested. Once individuals have been accepted as a Fastlane user the system will automatically remind them of any updates or renewals required to keep all of our teams safe, legal and compliant.
